| We have 2 private bedrooms available on October 1 for international VIU students ($700 per room). The rooms are furnished and include heat, hydro and wifi. The common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry) are shared. Our family lives upstairs with our children and pets. We are close to Westwood Lake, and the bus stop is very close to our house. The bus ride to VIU (bus #5) is under 10 minutes. Please send a message if you have any questions. There are three bedrooms , but one is already rented. We are looking for clean and quiet people. No parties, smoking or overnight guests. |
