| Family of 6 with animals looking for LONG TERM rental within the next 3 months... 2 adults, 4 children aged 12, 11, 9 and a 16 month old baby. We have been in our home now for 7 years, but sadly, it is being sold. My 2 sons are autistic and I don't want to move them to a new province where their supports are not in place... We are low income so our budget would be around $1500-$2200 4 bedrooms would be ideal, but we can make it work with 3 bedrooms. (I know, I'm dreaming and this is probably impossible to find anymore) I am hoping we can find something in Fairmont, Invermere or Canal Flats ( Cranbrook will be a last resort) We are good tenants. Pay rent early every month for the last 7 years. We do minor house repairs when needed (We even buy our own appliances if necessary). Our animals are extremely well behaved. My landlord is very proud of how well we have taken care of his house for the last 7 years. If you know of anything at all, please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it. |
