Good evening! A family of 3 is seeking a full house for rent. We are looking for either a house or basement suite. Would prefer in the NE, SE or Sw a bit. We need a property that has a driveway or a garage where we can have 2 vehicles if possible or an alleyway, would allow a small dog, close to transit if possible unless it’s an acreage. We love to barbecue and have a small fire pit if we are allowed. We are all adults, all have income. We are looking for a landlord who loves having their property taken care of! We treat your property as our own. We do not do drugs, don’t drink, We don’t do drama and we don’t want drama.
