| Hello, we have a couple of spaces available in a shared room for April 1st. We are located in Burnaby close to Holdom skytrain. There is a grocery store near by, starbucks, sushi place. Brentwood mall is not far from the house. the N9 bus goes by the house after the skytrain stops so there is transit to get to the house 24/7. Laundry at home. This has been a good and safe place to be during the pandemic. We have a big garden as well. This is an ideal place for students, young professionals or new people arriving from across Canada (Since no foreigners are coming) Rent is $450 includes utilities and $225 deposit.
