There are 2 cats in the apartment however the space is not large enough for more pets. Plants and aquarium based pets are welcome. Parking is available for an additional $50.00/month if needed. Roommates are a cis males in their 30’s, any applicants must be LGBTQIA+ friendly. guests are permitted within reasonable noise levels. Livingroom couch is a pull-out memory foam bed available for occasional guest use. Cleanliness and house chores are shared and participation is expected. Roommates are friendly and outgoing Building amenities: in building entertainment room (must be booked ahead of time), in building gym and outdoor rooftop garden. 5 to 10 min walk to the Metrotown bus loop and Expo Line SkyTrain Station.
