| September 1, 2021 move in This room is suitable for a busy female, trained in sharing accommodation. The unit is an above ground basement with 3 other female occupants. This place is for busy women looking for cheap rent in a nice, clean, quiet home. It’s not fancy, but it’s adequate for short-term. There’s little sound here. Clean kitchen and bathroom are shared by all occupants, and 4 separate rooms for each occupant. The room for rent is unfurnished, but a mattress is available if needed. Storage space in garage is limited, but helpful. Kitchen space is limited, but there's enough room for 4; we manage well. Bathroom and kitchen are kept clean by all. The residence is in a fairly accessible area: - 6 min walk to Safeway and bus stop (R5, 129, 130/222, 131, 132 and 160) - 7 min walk to a large, well-stocked Asian grocery store, and major banks - 9 min walk to a public library - 2 min walk to 130 bus stop that goes 1.5km to Brentwood shopping center/Skytrain station, and 8.1km to Metrotown mall/Skytrain station in about 20 min We’re looking for a professional individual or full-time student who’s friendly, clean and respectful of the other occupants. This'll be demonstrated by ensuring: - Minimal noise at all times, including the set quiet time of 8:45pm. We wind down at this time and keep to our rooms. When using the bathroom at night, we try to be as silent as possible. If on the phone after 8:45pm, we step out into the garage or whisper (noise travels easily, that’s why we draw as little attention to ourselves with any type of noise at any time. Certainly not a party house) - There’s no one that smokes anything here. No drug usage at all. If this is you, please don’t reply. This place isn’t fit for drug users, smokers and alcohol enthusiasts - No visitors are allowed at any time since there is limited space - No belongings left in the shower/on countertop. cupboard space provided - Keep mess in kitchen as contained as possible Utilities included in rent: - Gas - Electricity - Water - Internet Wi-Fi - Garbage pickup Amenities - Street Parking - Common Laundry - Stove - Refrigerator - Bus Route(s) - Keyed access to private room First I will respond via Kijiji messages.
