| I am moving to Saskatchewan, so my roommates are looking for someone to rent my room. The room is available April 1. The rent is $833 a month utilities included. The people that currently live here are two females, one works at cobs bread down the street (constantly brings home free bread), and the other is a full time student at Douglas Collage. The two people that are living here are pretty awesome people, and use the living room quite a bit. One person also has a Nintendo switch that you can feel free to play. The house is completely furnished, and the bedroom comes with a bed, a closet, a little bed side table, and a wardrobe. There is a damage deposit which is half months rent, also there is the option of having a small pet with a small pet deposit. We also have Wi-Fi and our own laundry. We also have more pictures just we can only post four, so text or email me if you want to see more or are interesting in a viewing, we can do on online one or in person. |
