The basement is currently shared by two individuals from Kerala, India. SFU, Lougheed Highway, North Road, Hwy 1, Costco, Walmart and Superstore are mins away. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with trails near the house to the nearby greenbelt. Rent: 900 including utilities except internet Deposit will be half the monthly rent Minimum 1yr lease -Rent includes utilities except internet. -In floor heating. -In unit laundry. -Close to SFU. -Bus stop nearby 5 mins walking distance (101 to Lougheed station and 22nd Street Station). -No Smoking/ drugs -No pets -Have to be clean A bit about Ourselves, I am a 4th year Computer Engineering student at SFU.
