Parking on street, laundry on site, all utilities included and fibreoptic internet based WIFI. Quiet residential house, close to amenities; 106 bus, shops, eateries. On transit route for the 106bus between Edmonds station and New West station for Skytrain. Great for Douglas college, BCIT or SFU etc. Laundry on premises, plenty of street parking.
