No smoking/vaping cigarette, cigar, pipe, hookah pipe or other lighted smoking equipment that burns tobacco, cannabis or other weed substances including e-cigarettes allowed in the unit nor common property areas by tenant and visitors. Parties allowed but within the respectful quiet enjoyment of the property and within reason especially time-wise with respect to other building occupants. The unit measures 728Sqft in Burnaby but quite secluded from its busy streets. On ground level (building structure is 4 storeys), with own washer, dryer, refrigerator, electric range and dishwasher; with own balcony and 1 underground parking included in the rent. 8-minute walk to Edmonds Skytrain station and bus loop/ 4 min if by car. Backing into a park w/ a pathway to it. 7-minute walk to an Elementary School and another park/ 2 min if by car. 5-minute walk to a convenience store/ 2 min if by car. 2 day care centres 8-minute walk away/ 2 min if by car. 6-minute drive to a secondary school / 19-minute walk. 7-minute drive away from Edmonds Community Centre. 6-min drive to Highgate Village Mall / 16-min walk. 14-min drive to Metrotown / 16 minutes via transit. 7-min drive to Tommy Douglas Library / 18-min walk.
