| Hello! We are a house of working professional/students from the ages of 22-30. We are looking for another woman who would enjoy an inclusive sociable house who enjoy spending time together, but also are respectful of privacy. Our house is located in North Burnaby in Capitol Hill, a 35 minute rapid bus ride to downtown Vancouver, and a 10 minute ride to SFU. Parking is available (not parallel if that sweetens the deal). The house has 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, so you would only be sharing with one other person. Rent includes wifi and utilities, and there is in-suite laundry. We also have two living rooms, one has a treadmill and weights, three balconies with gorgeous views, and a huge fully stocked kitchen. The room is unfurnished, but everything else is available. We have a cat right now, but we are not looking for any more animals. Looking for someone ASAP, but preferably by November 15, we can Wait until December 1st for the right person.
