| We have three different furnished rooms available near Royal Oak Skytrain station in the Metrotown neighborhood: Room #1 is a cozy furnished room in the basement of the house with a shared bathroom/shared living room. The rent for this room is $850.00 per month and $425 damage deposit. #2 is a large furnished room with a large walk in closet. The full bathroom for this room is outside the room and it's semi private. The rent for this room is $1150 and $575 damage deposit. All utilities are included with the rent. Each room is suitable to someone who works OUTSIDE the home and mainly needs the room to rest/sleep and have peace of mind. The shared kitchen has a microwave, a fridge, kettle, toaster and some dishes, and is IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT LIKE COOKING. Government issued picture ID, one reference and half a month's rent security deposit are required. Rental is to one person only (no couples, please). The house is located within easy walking distance of Royal Oak SkyTrain station, Metropolis shopping center and their food court, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and public transit. 20 minutes SkyTrain ride to downtown Vancouver, SFU downtown campus, and Surrey Campus. 45 minute bus ride to the UBC Vancouver campus.
