| A bright and spacious room for one person available on the upper/main floor in a detached house available June 15, 2024. Furnishings include queen sized bed, tallboy chest of drawers, desk, chair, lamps. The house is shared by a non-smoking family of three: Mom and two young adults. We have a sweet 3 year old Rottweiler/Lab cross named Bella. She is very cuddly, playful, and has an innate desire to protect the household. So if you love having a dog around, she has plenty of love to share. If you have allergies or a fear of dogs, this house is not for you. The shared living spaces include a kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry. There are a total 3 bathrooms in the house for the four of us and the room available shares the nicest one with one other person. We also have a front loading washer and dryer, and a large, partially covered deck with a peek-a-boo mountain view. There is ample street parking. Great location for a working professional or student studying at Simon Fraser University, or BCIT. It is also an easy commute to downtown Vancouver on the R5 express bus. Rent is $900 per month, and this includes your portion of utilities and internet. If interested please send an email introducing yourself including your name and a little bit about yourself.
