The room gets lots of natural light from two windows, and has a spacious closet. The house is shared by a family of three. Non smoking please. Great location for a working professional or student studying at Simon Fraser University, or BCIT. Also an easy commute to downtown Vancouver. Our home boasts a beautiful kitchen featuring Kitchenaid appliances, 2.5 bathrooms, new front loading washer and dryer, gas fireplace, and a cozy covered deck with a peek-a-boo mountain view. We have recently adopted a beautiful puppy mixed breed Bernese Mountain / Rottweiler, and are training her to work as a therapy dog. She is almost 8 months old, and very affectionate.
