| Hello! My roommate has decided to take the next step in her life and while I wish her nothing but the best, I'm hoping to replace her with somebody even better! I have a master bedroom with an ensuite full bath in a 3 bedroom townhouse that will feel like home once you're settled in. The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished, and the rest of the house is fully furnished :) There is also a third bedroom that I've converted into an office space which is ideal for the current covid situation. This centrally located townhouse is a 5 min walk to Royal Oak station which is a 20 minute skytrain to downtown or Surrey or a 20 minute drive to Surrey, North Shore or Richmond. Amenities within a 2 km radius include: - Mall (Metrotown) - Dry cleaners - Many restaurants - Grocery Stores - Burnaby Central Park - Deer Lake Park In fact, they're doing a lot of work to spruce up the Metrotown area. There is also laundry in house, bike storage and a small garage. About me, I'm a 30 yo male, young professional who enjoys sports and is pretty easy going.
