Direct bus to Metrotown, very convenient location. You can walk to many cheap grocery stores easily, farm markets, library and Edmond Community centre which has gym, swimming pool and all kinds of classes. Fully furnished ensuite (queen size bed, large closet, dresser, private washroom) The kitchen is shared with other girls. If you don’t cook much, it would feel like having your own apartment in a building. All the housemates are responsible and respectful ladies, sweet long term tenants, so expect the same from you. We have a house rule: no overnight guests, quiet time is after 10 pm, clean the kitchen after each use, no smoke, no pets, everyone takes turn to clean the public area every week…The price is $1200/m, utilities are all included, free parking, free to use laundry room.
