| Hello! Looking for 1 STUDENT to live with other STUDENTS. If you are not enrolled in a bona fide school, please do not apply. We have 1 room for rent in a shared accommodation residence very close to Metrotown Metropolis and the Skytrain. Your room is very clean with laminate hardwood flooring and is furnished with a bed, table/desk, lamp, and shelving as well there is a window with blinds and insect screen, a good sized bi-fold closet and a locking door. There is a sun filled (6 months of the year, April-Sept) full size kitchen with a private entrance, large window facing west, massive granite countertop, barstools, stove/oven, fridge, double sink, microwave, toaster oven and lots of cupboard space for everyone. The bright bathrooms come with a sink, a massive mirror, toilet, linen/toiletries closet and bath/shower tub. Next room beside is a full size washer and dryer in a laundry room with a counter and sink. The location of this residence is the best part of it all.
