The night bus N9 and N35 go by after the skytrain stops so there is transit to get home 24 hours a day. You can enjoy a nice quite afternoon in our beautiful garden or go for nice walks or small hikes around the house our area is a great place to relax and enjoy your time at home. We have laundry at the house. The convenience we also have is that is there a plaza near the house, grocery store, subway, sushi place, starbucks and more. We have 2 private rooms available to start now in out basement apartment. Rent is $700 each includes utilities and $350 deposit.
