This suite is located on the lower level (half basement) of a house and has its own separate entrance and in unit laundry. The suite is newly renovated, fully furnished with all essentials, including cookware and dinnerware. This is a great space if you want to settle in quickly. One bedroom has a Queen size bed and the other bedroom has a daybed but can be a king bed when pulling out. Lease duration is minimal 6 months, ready now.
