| My name is Igor, I'm a hardworking family man looking to rent a private, quiet space, just for me and my little cat, starting July 1st. Move-in on the 30th preferred(My wife and kid are in Brazil at the moment) I'm looking for a studio, basement, or a small apartment. A nice spacious bachelor's suite with private entrance could be an option as well. Budget: up to $1,300/month About me: 32 years old, family man, full-time worker as a customer service technician + sales representative. PR & Business graduate. If needed, I can share recent paystubs and other references. I'm clean, respectful, open-minded, easy to talk to. I always pay rent in advance and treat any space like it’s his own. Lease Terms: Short-term (4–6 months). Flexibility to extend month-to-month would be ideal. - Must be cat-friendly – I have a sweet, very calm, and clean little cat who sleeps almost all day. - Washer in the unit or building preferred. - Private bathroom is essential. I prefer a private studio or apartment, but I’m also open to sharing with a maximum of two people, as long as the bathroom is private. I prefer renting independent units where the landlord does not live on-site. :) Preferred areas: Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Vancouver, North Delta, Surrey, or Richmond.
