| Room for rent in a 3-bedroom house in Balfour, with a private bathroom. The house has a big fenced backyard, and I live here with my two friendly dogs. I run Keepin' It Real Tidy, a residential cleaning business, but recently transitioned to full-time admin work and some on-site supervision to balance being a mom to my 6-month-old. Right now, I use the second bedroom as an office/guest room and I usually rent out the third bedroom for $1,000/month, which helps with the mortgage (utilities included). I’m open to some flexibility for the right fit. I’ve also been using my neighbour’s garden for the past three years, so there’s a great gardening space next door if you’re into that. Plus, there’s a big garage that could work as a studio.
