| I have a room for rent in an old farm house on a 26 acre farm. Both the north and east facing walls are windows. In the pics I have my king sized bed facing east with my futon against the headboard facing west to create two separate spaces. The room is around 200 sf and has its own entrance. I have 27 rescue animals on the farm so all well behaved animals are welcome. We have several pastures, paddocks, a couple out buildings and a small barn. I’m open to supporting other people’s endeavours. This would be an ideal property to board horses from. We’re located just a few minutes walk from the Okotoks Agriplex. I’d like to become as self sufficient as possible so if that’s something you’re interested in then we can work together. If not, no worries. It’s a laid back no drama atmosphere. Utilities are split evenly between all tenants. Anywhere from $20 in the summer up to $100 in the winter. Available November 1st. No drinkers or hard drug users please. |
