| Looking to rent out one of the room in 3 bedroom house. The house is located close to bus stop, c train station is very close. Groceries, doctor, restaurants are very close and on walking distance as well. Looking for somebody who is comfortable with dogs. I have a very friendly dog. The person we are looking for is someone that is working full-time. Looking for a single occupant only. The bathroom will be shared with one other person who is a male room is fully furnished, includes all the utilities. Preference are given to percent with minimal cooking. No smoking, drugs or visitors allowed. This is due to safety of everybody that lives in the property. Please inbox me if interested.
