Conveniently located—just a 4-minute drive to Highway 16, 10 minutes to Fort Saskatchewan, or 15 minutes to Edmonton, making it ideal for commuters or anyone working nearby. Street parking is available, and all utilities are included in the rent. This is a great space for a clean and respectful working professional or student who values a quiet and comfortable living environment. No smoking inside or parties.
