| Just testing the waters here. I'm looking to get a lease take over for July 1st. 2 bedroom apartment with insuite washer and dryer. Has dishwasher and balcony also. Looking to see if there's anyone looking for a place like this for July 1st. Must have past references and no history of late or missed rent payments. Not aloud to smoke on your balconies in this apartment. Please send me a message for more information if you're actually interested. This isn't set in stone yet, I just need to know if I can get a good tenant before I request my lease assignment, so I don't get stuck in two leases. It will also probably help me get this assignment approved faster. If my landlord agrees I'll 100% be out before July 1st, and we can discuss further. My lease ends in October. |
