Bedroom includes closet, armour and blind. Rental 2: Medium/large size bedroom $700 inclusive accept shared internet. Bedroom includes closet & two large built in shelves for storage. Shared bathroom with a Tub shower and linen closet. I have a powder room for personal use. Access to common space & outdoor space. Large Backyard: Gated and fenced. Heated smoking garage. 3 parking spaces and convenient street parking. We have priority parking of 2 spaces. Firepit, Garden, sitting area to bbq. Bedrooms are unfurnished and main space is furnished. We are looking for roomates that are a great fit. Though you're renting a room, this is a home. We lived here for over 10 years and are looking for trustworthy good people. We want respectful, fun people that will clean up after themselves & work as a team for cooking, cleaning & maitenance. We are outgoing but enjoy our everyday peace. No smoking in the house; heated garage and backyard is fine. Renters will pay first and last upfront and damage deposit.
