| I moved into a place on April 1st and e-transfered the money before I got here. Was I shocked, the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Black mold under the sink, blue green mold in the fridge and freezer, just covered walls shelves and drawers. I immediately asked for my money back but he spent everything including my deposit. His power bill was over $800 and we are on a reduced meter and will be cut off this week. The health board was here on Tuesday and condemned the place and gave everyone 30 days to move. I don't want to spend another day here. I need a room asap, it can be on your farm or in town or the city. I'm good with kids,cats,dogs,cows, chickens,horses, whatever you have. I can help with repairs or anything else. Thanks |
