I’m looking for a roommate(s) to rent half a four-bedroom house in the Woodhaven area of Spruce Grove. It’s a nice set up if you like more room than apartments give you, don’t mind a roommate, and don’t wanna pay the rent prices that comes with a full house.
You’d have to yourself:
- One bedroom
- One spare room
- One living room
- Main bathroom
Others:
- Shared kitchen with two deep freezes as well as a spare fridge downstairs for extra storage
- Driveway parking
- Large front and back lawn
- Plenty of basement storage
- Dog-friendly space (I don’t have one but I’m a fan). I’m allergic to cats, so not ideal if you’re big on them. Unless it’s… hairless? I guess?
- Neighbourhood just got fibre optic internet.
- No smoking in the house, obviously.
Options:
- Open to adding renting the (large) basement space as well, but would have to re-negotiate rent. Currently using it as a workout space.

I’m 32, I just graduated and currently work remotely as a PR professional (so I work from home a lot, but I have an office space for that), I’m a musician, and I’m super chill.
