Will be undergoing extensive renovations if it does not get rented out here right away, but we wanted to offer this if someone was looking for an acreage for the winter, or longer term if they aren’t super picky on the condition of the house. House is cozy, fully finished basement, in home laundry, large kitchen with island and bright windows and pantry, 1 bedroom upstairs, 1 full bathroom on the main floor. This could be a 2 bedroom home for a family. No sub-renting. You would be sharing the property with home owners, across the farm yard, but you would have your own seperate very large private yard and the ability to have horses. Property is 10 acres, half of which is fully fenced and cross fenced. Landlords have a horse, dogs and cats. You are welcome to bring animals but they must get along with ours, no exceptions. Will be making some improvements to the yard and home in 2025 for the right tenants. Double car, heated garage will be included into the rent starting summer 2025. Non smoking.
