The neighbourhood is very family friendly and pet-friendly with lots of green space to walk/bike. Only a 5 minute drive to 130th avenue for shopping and food, the Auburn Bay Dog Park and access to Deerfoot Trail or Stoney Trail. We offer street parking and a private side entrance. The downstairs area is your own private space. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom (with a shower) and a large, open kitchen/den area. Washer and dryer included downstairs. Great for a small family with one pet (two pets negotiable- no large dogs). Please do not apply if you have more than 4 occupants. We are looking for clean, quiet, professional, and respectful tenants. Must provide proof of income (students negotiable) and must have at least one reference from a previous landlord (not family members) but more is better. We do not allow drugs, smoking or partying of any kind- drinks are allowed within reason. You may be asked to provide a credit check.
