| I have a large 3floor condo here in the Sherwood Park Woodbridge neighborhood I am looking to sublet with a pet-friendly room mate (male or female) must be working or a f/t student the room includes all utilities including internet and laundry tho I do not have cable as I stream everything online. I am also Preferably looking for someone to share the space with who is under 40years old so we have some things in common to watch or chat about. The room can come furnished or un-furnished currently a queen size bed in their that has only been slept in half dozen times by friends visiting.
