| I have a 5-bedroom house in the Sherwood Park, Brentwood area. I am looking for someone to share the house with. You will have your own private bedroom (queen size bed available) and share the rest of the house which has a modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I am a clean, tidy person with a Bengal cat. I am looking for a similar, non-smoker, must like cats, responsible person to share the house with. Rent is $700 monthly (payable on the 1st of every month) and will include all utilities, cable television and the internet. Available first week of June. I am a great cook and happy to share food if you go halves on the groceries. I am also happy to let you provide your own food as you will have full use of the kitchen.
