| I live in Sherwood Park and my home offers a lower bedroom with a new wardrobe and newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Your living space is a huge Main floor family room with walk out to the yard. Laundry is available, fully stocked kitchen to share. No bedroom or family room furniture available other than the wardrobe and office furniture . I do have a small pet that only barks at the doorbell. I am a Senior woman and preference will be given to the same. One month deposit required. The pictured office furniture is included in the family room as is a single garage, wifi, cable, utilities. I do smoke only in my private bedroom at the opposite end of the house. |
