| Hello!! I am a 40 year old woman who is looking for a roommate for May 1st. I live in a spacious walkout basement suite. 2 bedroom and a shared bathroom. The unit also has a huge kitchen with lots of gadgets, a big living room with sectional couch, in-suite washer/dryer and large windows that make it bright. I have lived here for 7 years and have a great relationship with my upstairs neighbour's and my landlord. The room I'm offering is the larger of the 2 bedrooms and comes fully furnished with everything you see in the photos, with the exception of the bed frame. What am I looking for in a roommate? Someone quiet, clean and kind. I have a rescue pitty that is sweet but has a small world as she is quite fearful. Because of this I ask that not a lot of people over to the house. If you have a partner/best friend that will be visiting often, I'm happy to do proper intros. Unfortunately, she prefers to be the only pet. Smoking, 420 are both fine, but only outside.
