| Nice little House only $1100 plus $500 per person so if there is more than one person you are going to be paying at least 1500 for a place that is worth 1100 and the last tenant ripped me off before the tenant I have right now who is unwilling to pay what I want to pay off someone elses debt. the above is what the other rental ad is really saying As we are the current renters and she is trying to take advantage of us and would not come down on the rent so we would not sign an agreement.. The mistake we made was to move in before agreement was signed cause then she thought she could make up any number which was 1500 and because we were unwilling to sign and pay again another 1500 we gave her 1000 which was the old listing for the place she then has evicted us and now she is placing it for the correct listing of 1100 which we would have signed. I really feel that she is a mean bully she has already gotten 1500 for last month 1000 this month with no agreem3ent even signed yet . So I offered to pay anther 500 today that would be a total 3000 without an agreement signed, if she would give us the rental agreement as she has listed in kijiji But she would not accept the cash and would not give an agreement and told me to leave then expects me to still pay her that 500 when i offered to pay her and she just told me to leave and would listen to anything i had to say she wouldnt even accept a note that i tried to give her then she cries and tells people I would'nt pay her !!??!! What is her problem??? so I listed this place so everyone can know what she did and so that she can read what she should know to resolve this problem. I will not let a little old lady take advantage and bully me. in regard to the utilities as everyone knows we did have a really cold spell in which we agreed to pay any utilities over 200 as there is 3 of us living here currently... We are willing to sign the rental agreement as listed in the kijiji ad in addition because there is three of us we will pay any utilities over 200 So we have paid in total 2950 -1100 -1100 = 850 so we would still owe you another 350 and we would have all damage deposit paid so if you wrote us an agreement we would give you another 1450 dollars for next month and we would have the damage deposit paid off in full. I hope pride does not get in the way and please don't be a bully and lets put the past behind us. If still unwilling to be reasonable, I know how to defend myself against bullies disguised as sweet little old ladies. We have done nothing to cause you to be mean to us' besides not let you take advantage and being late $100 if we were to go according to your ad on kijiji and because of that you are trying to punish us. We did a lot of work to the place, but you don't care it seems. And that's all we have to say sorry I had to send this message to you this way, but you wouldn't read my note. Also, it was a very bad thing that other tenant did to you, I know you lost out of a lot of money, but please don't punish us for someone else debt thanks everyone for all the support you have been sending. Because of covid-19 similar things have been going on as landlords are trying to recover money lost. |
