This space is ideal for out-of-town workers looking for a clean and cozy space to sleep, rest and relax at while not at work. Furnished basement mini-suite includes: ✅Queen bed with bedding and pillows. ✅Dresser, desk and tv ✅Living room with large couch and tv ✅Bathroom with shower/tub & towels ✅Laundry and sink (shared area) ✅Separate entrance w/ keyless entry ✅Smoking/vaping in rear access area ✅Internet, cable, Roku included w/ rental ✅Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster oven and several staple supplies such as cutting boards, cutlery and dishes. Rent (includes basic cleaning fee): ️Monthly $650 with no lease agreement required Deposit to hold space is $300 and can be paid via EMT or cash. Please note that you agree to give as much notice when you know you are leaving and depending on the timeframe, circumstances and cleanliness, you may no longer be eligible for the return of your deposit and/or rent payment. Located in Redcliff near the golf course with quick and easy access to the #1 Highway, plenty of stores, restaurants, etc. We have two dogs in the house already, so no pets. They do not have unsupervised access to downstairs rental space. No parties, unexpected guests. This is best suited for a quiet, clean individual and is not suitable for couples, families/children. Rental preference is given to those only working in town and gone "home" on weekends or days off. Serious inquires only.
