| Vanier Woods, SE Red Deer room available. I work away 2-3 weeks at a time. When I am home my two teenage boys (15/18) are with me. You get the place to yourself while I am away working. Must be responsible, respectful, clean and easy going. Living room on the main floor with sectional couch, tv, stereo. Main floor laundry, good sized kitchen with all the standard appliances. Basement has a 4 seat reclining couch, projector and sound system. Also a games table for pool, ping pong and air hockey. Backyard has a nice deck, bbq, patio and fire pit. Off street parking. Some storage available in the garage and shed. Prefer someone who also works away on the opposite shift from me. 41 year old professional male. Rent is a bit higher as you get the whole house to yourself while I am away. |
