| Quality, clean home for rent for a small family or a young couple. $2400/mo - 1 year term (6 months possible) I am Ideally looking for a couple or two clean responsible roommates that would care for the home as this is my personal home and not a corporate house rental or second income situation. It is a 3 bedroom home with 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has an attached ensuite with full tub / shower and walk-in closet. The home is small and not ideal for large families and the basement is unfinished. There is a washer and dryer included as well. The front living room has a gas fireplace. Utilities are not included. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel, clean, and up to date. It is located in a close on a pie lot with plenty of yard space. Tenants are responsible for yard card and general maintenance such as snow shoveling (hoping there’s none of that left though). Mowing the lawn and engaging with the neighbours is important. There is no fence for the yard and this is not a pet friendly rental due to past experiences. You will have bunnies enjoying the yard with you. It has three outdoor decks and the alleys are paved as well keeping the dust to a minimum. There is easy access to parks for walks and easy road access to Delburne RD for getting in and out of town.
