| Looking for a responsible, mature, employed, roommate to share an exclusive Penthouse Suite in Downtown Red Deer. (I am working from home ATM, so I am looking for someone who works during the day.) Female Preferred. $550/m covers the rent. $100/m covers utilities. It's a 2 story, 3 bedroom Penthouse suite with an large exclusive roof-top patio, in-suite laundry, cable TV, north facing deck, high speed internet, wifi, powered parking stall, and a bathroom right outside your door. It's close to the walking trails/bike paths, the river, all amenities, and the Parkland Mall. If you're an introvert, enjoy your alone time, a video game player, or love to read or study, this is the ideal place for you. It's very quiet, private, and drama and stress free. I am looking for a roommate to help make things a little easier. That said, I am taking my time and being picky looking for just the right fit. This is an incredible space, and if you see it you will understand why. If I don't find the right person, that's fine too. I would rather find a great roommate that respects the space, then hastily jump into living with someone that wouldn't fit well and creates drama or stress.
