| Hello! I’m a mid-40s professional working in a permanent position as an RN. Currently months away from completing my Master’s in Nursing as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Nominated by faculty in my program, I was a recipient of the Alberta Graduate Excellence Scholarship based on outstanding performance in my program. I'm currently seeking a rental for me and my Ava. I’m a non-smoker, non-drug user (no cannabis use), quiet, clean, and highly conscientious — I’ll treat your home with the same care and respect as I would my own (references available). I value peace, cleanliness, and keeping things well looked after. One important member of my family is my 9-year-old border collie/Aussie cross, Ava. She’s incredibly intelligent, well-behaved, quiet indoors, and a once-in-a-lifetime companion. I take full responsibility for her care and upkeep — you won’t find a more thoughtful dog owner. A little about me: I’ve traveled widely and lived in Scotland until recently (moved back to Canada early last year). My favorite places? Japan (hands down) and Kosovo for its fascinating history. I’m community-minded, responsible, and respectful of others’ spaces and lifestyles. What I’m looking for: Ideally a two-bedroom or a one-bedroom plus den, with a garage (or some access to one). A clean, well-kept property in a safe area is important to me. Being close to parks or walking trails would be a wonderful bonus for both Ava and me. I’m hoping to move for July but can delay this for the right property. My budget is roughly between $1500–$2000/month (for non-shared space). Open to shared space with the right household. Flexible with furnished or unfurnished. I’m looking for a place I can truly call home, ideally long-term, where both Ava and I will be welcomed. |
