| Female roommate wanted! I am looking for a female working professional to occupy the second bedroom of this beautiful 2 bed, 1 bath condo located in the southeast of Red Deer. I am a female working professional, 27, who recently relocated from Calgary and would like to share my apartment with a clean and responsible roommate. The unit faces south so is not short on sunlight and is equipped with air conditioning, in-suite laundry, a spacious balcony, hardwood floors, high speed internet, and is very spacious at 908 sq ft. The apartment is furnished except for your bedroom (currently being used as an office but will be emptied prior to the move-in date). Your room also includes an oversized window and a full closet. All other spaces with be shared with myself. Rent is $700/month all utilities included, with an additional $60/month for electrified surface parking, however free street parking is available in the area. Damage deposit is one months rent ($650). **This is a 6-12 month lease, the building is non-smoking and has a strict noise policy. Pets may be considered.
