| Upper Area house – 1 or 2 roommates needed. Ideally looking for 2 friends who know each other, also willing to share Master bedroom and common areas as well. I am the owner of a house, living with my Mom, she speaks Tamil (Language) only .If some know Tamil would be ideal . In this house, I am looking to share the house with one or two clean and responsible people who can also look after the home while I am away. The home is clean and in a nice neighborhood where people know each other. Candidates must be responsible and friendly with the neighbors on each side and have some understanding of how to care for a home (willing to cut grass or shovel snow in winter, clean as appropriate, do dishes, take out garbage, etc) as I am not always around. Two roommates will share a bathroom/shower which is why two people who know each other are ideal. Ensuite in the master is available for use . Lots of drive way & street parking. There is room for some furniture if you're currently in an apartment. I will pay for internet and all utilities.
