| Hey there! Looking for **1 female** roommate to move in as early as May 1st! $600 a month for the room. Damage Deposit is $500. The room has a single bed and shared washroom with 1 other person. I do have a dog. Sorry, no other pets. I am a young professional, looking for someone around the same age and who lives a similar quiet lifestyle. I am a Christian, and it would be lovely if you were too, but also fine if you aren’t. Rent includes all utilities, wifi, cleaning supplies, and kitchen items (you're responsible for food and laundry detergent). There's lots of street parking. Home is located in Johnstone Park with easy access to hwy 2. 10 min drive to RDP and downtown. Bus stop is 2 blocks away, but the bus schedule is not ideal. *Potential renter must be employed or going to school. *Please send me a message with a bit of info about yourself. *Also, please be prepared to provide rental references if you have previously rented :) |
