| Hello everyone! I’m 37yrs old and currently in search of a female roommate. I have a 3 bedroom, 3 storey condo. My 12 year old daughter is home every second week. The available room can come furnished or unfurnished. Im looking for someone who is quiet, not a huge partier ( absolutely no drugs weed included) Someone who is clean and responsible, with a job or in school. I have a cute little outside patio and A/C for warm summer months. Also have access to a gym in the condo which is still open and a huge perk! Rent will be $650. Utilities included.
