| Utilities included! The rent could be cheaper than $350, it all depends on our utility bills. Damage deposit of $150 is required! (I paid 350) . My room is basically furnished...we have lot's of storage room. I have a twin bed right now which I can sell and we can get a bunk bed. I have a table and chair! ...I'm getting a TV soon as well! It's a 2 bedroom apartment and the other room is occupied by someone else. We both share the bathroom and kitchen. We hardly ever use the living room lol. Also, I go to RDP so it's close to the college! DM if you're interested...only serious enquires please! |
