| I own a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house in Kentwood (kid friendly culdisac) Looking to rent fully furnished including all utilities (as I have negotiated cost effective contracts), telus cable and internet. I also have a house cleaner that comes in once a month to clean floors, bathrooms and kitchen. I have 1 king bed, 1 queen and 1 double bed with bedroom furniture. The downstairs den has a large sectional with a 55" smart TV with surround sound system. Upstairs living room has an electric heater, oversized couch and 46" smart TV. The kitchen is open spaces with a glass top electric stove, dishwasher and is fully stocked. Also willing to include sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. I am able to store some furniture, linens and or kitchen accessories if you prefer. I'm going to be working out of town for the next 2-5 years.
