| Full house - 2 roommates needed. Ideally looking for 2 friends who know each other but open to individual candidates as well. I am the owner of a house in the SE and looking to share the house with two clean and responsible people who can also look after the home while I am away. The home is clean and in a nice neighbourhood where people know each other. Candidates must be responsible and friendly with the neighbours on each side and have some understanding of how to care for a home (willing to cut grass or shovel snow in winter, clean as appropriate, do dishes, take out garbage, etc) as I am not always around. Two roommates will share a bathroom/shower which is why two people who know each other are ideal. Ensuite in the master is available for use if I am away of course. Lots of street parking. There is room for some furniture if you're currently in an apartment. I will pay for internet and all utilities.
