| I am a single 54 year old Male with two cats. I own the house and have two empty rooms. Presently, other than my two cats, I am the only person who resides in the home. You will need to be honest, respectful and relatively clean. (As one would expect.) The House is ONLY 900 Square Foot Bi-Level with three bedrooms total. The small Childrens Room Upstairs next to the Master is available (but small) and the lower level basement room that is next to the LAUNDRY room. If for some reason, you would want the Master Bedroom because of its close Proximity to the guest bedroom-Excess storage space next to it, I would happily take the room in the Basement considering those two are the Same Size which is roughly 160-180 Square Feet in size. Should you have furniture and property and belongings that you wont want to unpack, will need to store or will be placing in a storage locker, there is the small bedroom upstairs, and a large two car garage in the back.
