| Hello, I’m renting a room in the basement of our acreage. The acreage is located just north of Muir lake, we are ten minutes from Spruce Grove or Stony Plain. Quick access to the yellow head (hwy 16) or St Albert via the Villievene Highway Utilities are an additional cost and can be negotiable depending on the tenant and their needs. Damage deposits are also negotiable. Pets will be considered. The home is equipped with Starlink broadband internet and is extremely reliable. The room list is being heated by central heating as well as a baseboard infrared heater in which you would have control of. The bathroom downstairs has a soaker tub with jets as well as a shower. The pictures attached do not show the new shower in place. The prospective tenant must be employed, have a clean record, and have references. |
