| Private Room with Deck Fully furnished large bedroom (approx. 20’x9’), with copper tin ceiling and private deck. On Acreage in Parkland County, 14 minutes west of Stony Plain. 31 minutes to/from WEM. All paved roads to subdivision. Close to several lakes for year-round activities. • One small dog will be considered ($25/month pet fee), would need to get along with our dogs and cats. We have two small dogs, both hypoallergenic ( 5 lb schnauzer and 11 lb shihtzu). We also have indoor cats and 4 horses on property. There is potential to board one horse for an additional cost (some conditions apply). • Shared common area: kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, bathroom, laundry facilities, large south deck with gazebo in summer months. Our family room has 8.5’ movie screen with over 400 DVD movies to pick from. The family room also has a Roku streaming stick which provides free movies and some live tv stations. Wifi service is a Telus Hub. • Tenant will be provided one designated parking spot in driveway. Plug-in available for the cold days of winter. • You would be responsible for all your food, cooking needs and cleanup after cooking. You will be provided a pantry shelf and dedicated fridge and freezer space. You will also be responsible to keep your room clean and tidy. Should you wish to come home to a home-cooked meal, clean room and laundry service, for an additional cost these services can be provided (would need to be discussed and agreed upon in advance by both parties). • $975. per month and $975. damage deposit, includes utilities. Initial room rental agreement would be for term of 6 months, renewal if agreed by both parties. A good fit is a must as this is our home. We love a clean, organized home. Our acreage is very peaceful with beautiful gardens and outdoor space. Potential tenant will be required to meet in person to ensure compatibility with owners. Looking for individual who is mature, respectful, trustworthy, tidy, understands privacy and is good with animals. No drugs of any kind, no partying and no drama. References are required.
